Who handles my request?
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates One Way Private Jet.
What do you collect?
Only what a quote needs: your name, email address and phone number; the details of the trip, meaning trip type, airports, dates, passengers and notes; the referring page and any campaign tags on the link you used; and whether you opted in to offers.
What is it used for?
Answering your request with options and prices, arranging the flight with the operator if you go ahead, and, where you opted in, the occasional email about one-way openings and empty legs. Opting out takes a single reply.
Who is it shared with?
The operating carrier for your trip and the providers we need in order to quote and book it, such as handling agents and our email service, each limited to what that task requires. Personal information is never sold.
How long do you keep it?
Unbooked requests are kept for up to 24 months, in case you come back with a similar trip. Booking records are kept for the periods that tax, accounting and aviation rules set.
Can I see, change or delete it?
Yes. Charter Jet One will provide, correct or erase your information on request: reply to any email you receive from us or send a note through the quote form.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts run on this site, and no cookies are set beyond any that are strictly essential to its operation.
What about children?
The site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information, although children may travel as passengers on a request made by a parent or guardian.
Will this policy change?
If it does, the effective date above will move, and material changes will be summarised on this page.
