Who operates this site?
One Way Private Jet is operated by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. One Way Private Jet is an air charter broker and is not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft; every flight is operated by an FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) direct air carrier in operational control of the aircraft.
Are the prices on this site offers?
No. Prices, hourly rates, flight times and ranges shown here are planning estimates. Actual prices depend on the specific aircraft and operator, your dates and routing, fuel and airport costs, and availability at the time of booking.
When is a quote binding?
Only when you sign a charter agreement, which identifies the operating carrier and the aircraft before you sign. Until then a quote is an indication, and availability always depends on the operator's confirmation.
What about taxes and fees?
Quotes are prepared all-in where possible, including the 7.5% federal excise tax on domestic US charter, segment fees and known airport and handling charges. Charges that arise on the day, such as de-icing or added crew expenses, are billed at cost under the agreement.
Can I change or cancel?
Changes and cancellations follow your charter agreement, including any fees and deadlines it sets. An operator may retime or cancel an empty-leg flight when the trip that created it changes.
What is expected of passengers?
Accurate passenger, baggage and pet information, valid travel documents for everyone travelling, and cooperation with the crew. The pilot in command decides whether a flight departs.
What is your liability?
We arrange flights; operators conduct them. Within the limits of the law, we are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by operators, weather, air traffic control, airports or other circumstances beyond our control, and our total liability in connection with this website is capped at direct losses. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not affected.
Can I reuse content from this site?

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State of New York.
